Irish CRM software provider BrokerCRM to launch in the UK

Philip O’Reilly, managing director of BrokerCRM, brought a test sample of the software to October’s Mortgage Expo, where he said just shy of 100 brokers expressed interest in the product.

O’Reilly says the system is user-friendly and granularly detailed, effectively allowing brokers to store the entire client file online from sign up to completion.

He said: “This product covers CRM, compliance, mortgage and financial services – it’s end to end processing.”

“We’re also working with Zurich to offer personal lines of general insurance and we’re launching a comprehensive estate agency package early next year, which will mean we cover the whole process of buying a house, valuation, mortgage, life cover – everything will be accessible in one place.”

BrokerCRM ”server install” software launched in April 2004 and was used by more than 600 advisers across Ireland. In September 2009 O’Reilly launched the web based software BrokerCRM Lite in Ireland.

The web-based version is being adapted for the UK market by Assureweb and mortgage sourcing engines in the UK. O’Reilly said they would be ready to launch within 3 months.

O’Reilly also has plans to enter the Australian market.
