The system will allow advisers to access all Durell’s technology via a cloud-based system, wherever they are, through the remote desktop connection.
Advisers can utilize all the functionality that comes with Durell’s Web-link system, via an iPad, or similar tablet device.
Robert White, managing director at Durrell Software, said: “Technology solutions will form a key part of the RDR solution as they allow advisers to cut costs, save time and, assuming they are using an integrated back office system, also expand their product suite without the need to rekey the information.
“What’s equally important is allowing advisers to use the technology that they can buy on the high street, which is why we have developed our systems to run on the iPad and similar tablets, which work wonderfully in client-facing situations.”
