The FSA has launched its online ‘personal handbook service’ to allow firms to build a personalised handbook containing rules and guidance relevant to them.

Other improvements to the handbook service include the ability to access the user’s preferred format with one click from the home page, and a ‘focus on’ option that allows users to access key material on a particular topic.

Tenet adopts D&D Homecare

The Tenet Group has reduced its chosen accident, sickness and unemployment (ASU) provider list to four.

However, as part of the shake-up, bought on in response to member demand, D&D Homecare has been added to the list of ASU providers for the group.

The limited range means Tenet Group members can give their clients the benefit of choice from a limited range of insurance providers, in order to source ASU cover.

Manchester sign up to Trigold’s ENC

Manchester Building Society has become the 15th lender to support the Enhanced Non Conforming (ENC) sourcing module on Trigold.

As part of the link up Manchester’s mortgage products will be listed and verified on ENC, with the building society also working in partnership with Trigold to deliver all mortgage product underwriting criteria onto the desktop of brokers using the system.
