In brief

Paymentshield Mortgage Club has added eConveyancer to its service offering.

The online conveyancing facility is available to all Paymentshield Mortgage Club members. eConveyancer has a panel of 200 firms of solicitors and a further 200 conveyancing specialists, allowing brokers to select and instruct conveyancers on their clients’ behalf online.

Ben Thompson, head of lending and protection at Paymentshield, commented: “By offering conveyancing services to a client, intermediaries can not only advise and add value on an additional part of the house buying process but it also means that they have more control over the transaction.”
