In brief

Accord Mortgages has announced the second phase of its integration with Trigold.

The latest development means the lender has a seamless online connection for full mortgage applications through Trigold’s E-Trading Centre and builds on the integrated decision-in-principle system launched earlier this year.

TMA appoints sole

packager

The Mortgage Alliance (TMA) has chosen TMO to be its sole packager.

An exclusive initiative for TMA members has been agreed. All TMA members submitting business to TMO under the TMA umbrella will qualify for enhanced proc fees on TMO's near prime and non-conforming packaged panel products. Full details will be available at TMA’s stand at the Mortgage Expo in London.

John Coffield, head of TMA, said: “Direct submission and packaged routes can exist in tandem and we are determined to ensure our members receive first class service and products.”

eConveyancer and The Mortgage Marketing Centre join forces

eConveyancer is now available via The Mortgage Marketing Centre.

The eConveyancer panel of solicitors comprises more than 140 firms and 500 conveyancing specialists based throughout the UK. Solicitors can be instructed online and their service standards are monitored closely by eConveyancer. Intermediaries can add local solicitors to the panel as long as they meet eConveyancer’s criteria.
