KGB has announced the launch of its 1st Source Direct mortgage club, which has been developed to increase the choice of lenders and submission options it can offer to its supporting brokers.

The service is free to all FSA regulated brokers. Paper applications will carry a 1St Source Direct sticker, and the club is established on panel lender websites as a distributor choice for online cases.

edeus added to passport scheme

edeus has been added to Mortgage Next’s passport panel.

As part of the scheme brokers can access to edeus’ products and benefit from 145 Airmiles per completion, plus £75 in addition to edeus’ standard proc fee for all cases submitted before the end of 2006.

Justine Tomlinson, marketing director at Mortgage Next, said: “ Not only can brokers benefit from edeus’ competitive range of products and instant online offer facility, but they will also receive 145 Airmiles and an enhanced proc fee. I’m sure this offer will be popular.”

GMAC confirms portfolio sale

GMAC-RFC has announced its third portfolio sale to Oakwood Homeloans Limited. The £350 million deal consisted of a blended pool of mainstream prime, buy-to-let and self-certified products.

Craig Beresford, director of asset sales at GMAC-RFC, said: “This is our third portfolio sale to Oakwood this year and we are delighted that we are continuing to build on our strong relationship with them. This trade brings the total GMAC-RFC has sold to Oakwood in 2006 to over £1 billion.”
