Highlights of the range include:
• Improvement in LTVs across the range
• Improved product fees
• A product for lower loan sizes with the lender’s lowest product fee ever
• No ERCs on tracker products
• Cashback and refund of valuation fee available on many products
Precise Mortgages will also be paying one lucky mortgage broker’s mortgage for a year. All brokers who are registered on the lender’s mortgage platform by the end of the month will be entered into a draw to win the prize.
