Member firms and advisers gain access to referral service

Impact Specialist Finance joins Paradigm's packager panel

Specialist packager and distributor Impact Specialist Finance has been added to the packager panel of Paradigm Mortgage Services.

As part of the deal, Paradigm member firms and their advisers can use Impact’s referral service to introduce relevant clients, such as those with complex needs or where the firm does not have the relevant permissions.

Referrals can be accepted for both regulated and non-regulated cases across bridging, specialist lending, buy-to-let, and commercial.

Paradigm Mortgage Services currently has a membership of more than 1,600 directly authorised firms representing over 3,000 advisers, who are all actively engaged in a variety of financial services.

It provides intermediaries with access to lenders covering the whole of market, together with a full range of mortgage-related support services delivered by a diverse range of commercial partners.

Dale Jannels (pictured), managing director at Impact Specialist Finance, said they have known the team at Paradigm for many years and are very excited to announce the partnership.

“As a business that has been operating for over 30 years, we pride ourselves on the service we provide to brokers across all aspects of specialist finance, which includes specialist residential and buy-to-let, bridging finance, commercial finance and development finance,” Jannels said.

“Our team are looking forward to working with Paradigm and their adviser member firms to deliver specialist finance solutions to their brokers and customers.”

Richard Howes, director of mortgages at Paradigm Mortgage Services, stressed the importance of advisers having access to a wide range of solutions, as the complex and ever-changing nature of the mortgage market often requires specialist know-how and expertise to assist clients.

“We’re pleased to have partnered with Impact for those cases which may be more complex, or quite simply, the firm doesn’t have the authorisations and permissions to be able to act on behalf of the client,” Howes said.

“Using a referral service as offered by Impact can ensure our member firms keep control of their client relationship while utilising a trusted expert in this part of the market to get the right outcome.”
