Hatfield Philips switches to cloud computing

The switch has meant that Hatfield Philips’ CRM software and database, which was traditionally hosted exclusively on internal servers, has moved externally to the cloud. The move allows enhanced functionality, scalability and efficient use of computer resources across Europe, according to the company.

The fully customized system facilitates ‘activity log’ of loans, client tasks, data management and processes to be more transparent across the organization, which in turn increases the servicing flexibility for clients.

The CRM solution is managed and securely hosted by Maxima, a leading IT business systems company across the UK, Ireland and the USA.

Aoun Shamsi, business solutions manager, Hatfield Philips, comments: “We are committed to providing the best possible service for our clients, which is why it is important to recognize the phenomenal benefits of emerging technology such as cloud computing. Cloud computing enables us quickly to adapt our operations to service the ever-changing requirements of our clients.”
