The new rates are as follows:
5.59% 2 year tracker rate, up to 75% LTV, £1,999 fee (previously 5.69%)
5.84% 2 year fixed rate, up to 75% LTV, £999 fee (previously 6.19%)
6.04% 3 year fixed rate, up to 75% LTV, £499 fee (previously 6.49%)
New fee-free products are as follows:
6.19% 3 year tracker rate, up to 60% LTV, £0 fee available for homebuyer and remortgage customers
6.39% 2 year fixed rate, up to 60% LTV, £0 fee available for homebuyer and remortgage customers.
