The loan is available at a market leading interest rate of 5.8% variable (6.0% typical APR) for existing Halifax customers and 6.9% variable (6.9% APR) for new customers. The minimum loan size is £3,000 and the maximum is £25,000. The maximum LTV is 97% and the loan is available from 1 – 25 years.
A one off fee of £125 for existing Halifax homeowners or £195 for other homeowners is applicable. A Procuration Fee of 2.5% of the loan is payable to introducers.
