The majority of sales (83%) were to fist-time buyers (31,640), while the average purchase price was £211,566.
The scheme has helped buyers nationwide, as the top six authorities in terms of completed sales have been Wiltshire (664), Leeds (628), Central Bedfordshire (581), Milton Keynes (516), Peterborough (512), and Birmingham (465).
