Green & Co becomes Stonebridge AR

Green & Co Financial Services is part of independent estate and lettings agent Group, Green & Co, which has over 20 years’ experience in property market of Sutton Coldfield and its surrounding areas.

Richard Adams, managing director of Stonebridge Group, said: “It is very pleasing to welcome another leading advisory firm to the Stonebridge fold and we are looking forward to working with all the team at Green & Co to support their activities and provide ongoing opportunities for their business.

“We continue to bring new AR firms into the network and in order to maintain our standards and the quality of proposition we are investing heavily in our head-office support structure as well as in areas such as compliance, business development, technology and marketing. With our investment and relationship with Shepherd Direct we are now moving quickly in terms of network growth, while ensuring the USPs that have made Stonebridge successful over the past 25 years are retained, honed and grown. This is an incredibly exciting time for the business and, in the months and years to come we believe many more firms like Green & Co will see the benefits of joining Stonebridge.”

Chris Green, director of Green & Co, added: “We are delighted to be joining Stonebridge Group which will enable our financial advisers to offer a greater choice of protection and GI services, as well as a market-leading choice of mortgage products. In our previous network, Green & Co was highly commended for Best Overall AR For Growth and Quality in Protection & GI Business, and we are confident that we can continue this strong performance as part of the Stonebridge Group.”

Green & Co has sales offices in Sutton Coldfield, Boldmere, Castle Bromwich, Four Oaks, Great Barr, Tamworth and Walmley and offers a comprehensive network of property professionals across seven regional sales offices, three lettings offices and five specialist divisional offices.

In June this year Stonebridge Group announced that Shepherd Direct, the national property services group with interests in surveying, valuations, lettings and estate agency, had acquired a minority stake in the business. The investment is being used to enhance Stonebridge’s financial strength and give it the ability to make further improvements to its proposition as it continues to increase its UK footprint, build on being the fastest-growing business of its kind and become one of the markets’ leading players.
