As a result of this appointment, brokers and appointed representatives will be able to take advantage of an exclusive national remortgage facility.
The bespoke remortgage facility, which launches on Monday 8th November, will be available to all Genesis introducing brokers including the company’s ARs.
A range of benefits will be included in the exclusive £340* set remortgage legal fee such as a ten day completion service from receipt of offer, immediate processing from day one, access to immediate local searches and no upfront or abortive costs.
Brokers and appointed representatives will also be able to take advantage of a tailored conveyancing facility which, like the remortgage facility, is competitively priced.
