• 5.65% Flexx (variable for term) – up to 65% loan-to-value (LTV)
• 5.79% Flexx (variable for term) – up to 85% LTV

Self-Certification

• 5.65% Flexx (variable for term) – up to 65% LTV
• 5.85% Flexx (variable for term) – up to 85% LTV

All products offer a free valuation and free legal fees for remortgagors.
