Research by GMAC-RFC found that intermediaries on average reported that POSD saved two hours administration per case – but what do they do with the extra time?
Independent research commissioned by GMAC-RFC reveals that the most popular way for brokers to spend extra time in their working day is to improve their work/life balance (30%). However a close second choice is to pursue or develop extra business (27%) showing some people stay purely focused on business success. Other preferred ways of spending their time were catching up on admin (23%), making more sales calls (3%) and using the time to play more golf (5%)!

Since regulation time-poor intermediaries have to cope with more administration than ever. Fortunately POSD saves a broker on average two hours per case and and this research clearly shows that our online system frees up their time which brokers can use productively elsewhere. In fact, our on-line system gives brokers eight days a week.”
