GHL launches online DIP service

Launched at this year’s Mortgage Expo the GHL- Live system puts the entire DIP process online.

One of the Networks original members, OWC Finance Ltd, has seen a vast improvement in the way that DIPs are handled.

Senior admin processor, Emma Nimmo, told GHL Group account manager Malcolm Clarke that the logging on procedure and subsequent submission of online dips was “a piece of cake.”

Nimmo continued, “It’s really easy to use, and this way I can monitor not only the DIPs but also the cases that we have submitted. It reduces the amount of time that we spend on the telephone considerably and you can convert the DIP into a full case. We haven’t eradicated telephone calls altogether but we have certainly reduced them.”

Emma received an early Christmas present of a bottle of vintage champagne from GHL Group for the way in which OWC have adopted the new system as part of their admin process.

GHL Group offer the system to all of their Appointed Representative and Introducers, who package through the Maidstone placements and packaging team.
