In joining the Genesis Direct lender panel, Royal Bank Mortgage Services will offer its range of, 100%, buy-to-let and self-certification mortgages to Genesis intermediaries with the new facility of using them for direct submission business, as well as the existing route of fully packaged via Genesis Mortgage Services.
The relationship between the two companies dates back to 2001 on the packaged business side, and the new arrangement is set to strengthen this relationship. It will also ensure that Genesis intermediaries have a choice in how they submit their business while their clients continue to benefit from the wide range of competitive products on offer from the Royal Bank.
