David Geale, director of policy at the FCA, said that the increased workload from the proposed regulation of the Mortgage Credit Directive will see changes for some.
He said: “Some firms who have a landing slot for their mortgage permissions will see their dates change.
“Those who have landing slots before April 1 will also have to amend their forms.”
Geale was speaking at the Financial Services Expo at London’s Billingsgate.
