FSA expands website

It has added to the existing FAQs to better help firms, particularly smaller firms such as those involved in mortgages, insurance mediation or investment business, that are looking to change their regulated activities.

Updating these webpages is part of the FSA's commitment to make it easier to do business with. It has already introduced small firms application packs, a single invoice for all fees, payments by instalments, e-learning packages, a more targeted website for small firms and improvements at the Firms Contact Centre.
