It is reducing its rates on its two-year fixed rate remortgage products:
Remortgage
- First Active two-year fixed rate (max LTV 95 per cent) will be 4.89 per cent with a £699 arrangement fee (down from 4.99 per cent) until 30 September 2008.
- First Active two-year fixed rate (max LTV 95 per cent) will be 4.99 per cent with a £499 arrangement fee (down from 5.09 per cent) until 30 September 2008.
For both products there are no basic legal or valuation fees.
