Fiona Hoyle joins the FLA

She was previously senior lawyer at the CML and has worked for both the Building Societies Association and, more recently, the Council of Property Search Organisations, on the Government's recent reforms to the home buying and selling process.

Fiona will report to the Director General and will lead the FLA's consumer finance and fraud policy work. Her immediate responsibilities include taking forward the FLA's review of its Lending Code, and the FLA's response to the Competition Commission's recent report on Payment Protection Insurance (PPI).
