F4B Network reaches 100 AR milestone

This caps a surge of sign-ups over the summer

F4B Network reaches 100 AR milestone

The F4B Network has announced that it has just signed up its 100th appointed representative (AR).

Launched in February 2021, the mortgage and protection network has seen the number of its affiliated ARs grow steadily, with a surge of recent sign-ups over the summer to reach the milestone.

The F4B Network said it continues to assemble a wide-ranging lending panel consisting of mainstream, buy-to-let, specialist, and short-term finance lenders, plus an array of protection and GI providers. It also offers full compliance support and a tech package consisting of features such as remote file checking, a CRM system, research tools, and a comprehensive PI insurance package.

“At the time of launch, we had lofty expectations and while we didn’t enter the network space with any specific targets or timeframes in mind, it feels significant to now have 100 ARs working with us across the UK,” Steve Swyny, commercial director at F4B, commented. “It’s been an enlightening, challenging and highly rewarding journey so far.

“However, this is only the beginning as we will continue to evolve our offering and provide our advisers with access to a comprehensive range of lenders and service providers, in addition to the tools and support to meet their clients’ ever-changing needs. This is not simply a numbers game.”

Swyny added that they will strive to maintain the right balance between quality and quantity as F4B invests heavily in the development process and in growing its members.

“This is an area where we can’t afford to take our eye off the ball going forward,” he said.
