The session will be chaired by Kennedy Foster, Scotland Policy Consultant at the CML with a presentation by David Stubbs, Chief Economist at the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.

'The new Home Report – the future for the market and the marketplace’

This will focus on the introduction of the Home Report in Scotland from the 1 December 2008.

The session will again be chaired by Kennedy Foster with presentations by Alison Hatrick, Chair of the Scottish Home Affairs Committee at the National Association of Estate Agents and Jim Gibson of Harvey Donaldson & Gibson.
