Expo heads to Belfast

The event will take place in the Belfast Odyssey Arena on 31 January 2008.

Mortgage Business Expo Belfast will provide Northern Ireland’s mortgage intermediaries and IFAs with the opportunity to meet a wide range of lenders and product providers under one roof.

As with other Mortgage Business Expo shows, the Council of Mortgage Lenders (CML) and the Association of Mortgage Intermediaries (AMI) will combine to put together the seminar programme. It will be focused on delivering key information and insight on a range of topics and issues for Northern Irish brokers.

Daniel Nwaokolo, Mortgage Business Expo Belfast show director, said: “We are delighted to announce the launch of our Belfast exhibition as a new addition to the Mortgage Business Expo stable. We believe that it will prove to be as successful an event as our other mortgage trade shows.

“The Northern Irish housing and mortgage markets have grown considerably and there is a real need for a significant trade show in Belfast which delivers real value to both attendees and exhibitors. At this time we are hoping to have approximately 50 providers and suppliers exhibiting in Belfast with a projected attendance of 450 visitors.

“We are pleased to announce that both the CML and AMI will once again be putting together a seminar programme which will provide a wide range of information on a variety of issues close to the hearts of Northern Irish brokers. We are looking forward to providing advisers and exhibitors with the biggest and most significant show in the Northern Irish financial services calendar.”
