Chief executive of Exeter Family Andy Chapman said: “I’m thrilled that Lucas has won this award. He has made an outstanding contribution since he joined the company just a year ago. Starting out as an IT apprentice with little previous experience, he has taken on more and more responsibility due to his competency and work ethic.”
Chapman said Exeter is committed to supporting employees through its apprenticeships and it has had great success in doing so.
