Exclusive: PTFS launches marketing workshops

The objective of the workshops is to help the broker business to identify the market, promote its products and services and build their company profile. Each clinic will cover several elements of proactive marketing aimed at brand building, targeting the right audience, timing of campaigns and looking at marketing mistakes and how to avoid them.

Sarah Hadgkiss, marketing development manager at Personal Touch Financial Services, said: “This is a unique opportunity for us to work with a key partner in Norwich Union to add real value to our members' businesses. We have had an excellent response. Whilst initially this is only available to our AR firms, I can see us extending this to DA member firms in the future.”

Martin Igoe, principle head of Gregory Law, said: “The one thing that is constant in our business is change, so it is not always possible to be all things to all people. Specialisation is becoming more relevant in our lives and to keep moving forward you always have to try and put yourself ahead of change. The easiest way to do this is through competent marketing. The more aware of the market place we are the more effective we can be. To have access to huge corporate expertise in this area at no cost is priceless. The buying power of PTFS with the providers demonstrates how we can all benefit in developing our business.”
