Chartered surveyor firm e.surv has announced an extended and expanded partnership with mortgage lender Virgin Money.

The agreement will see e.surv act as the sole panel manager for both the Virgin Money and Clydesdale Bank brands.

This means that the surveying services provider will undertake the majority of the bank’s desktop and mortgage valuation needs, with a brief to support innovation in this critical service element of the mortgage application process.

“We’ve had long term relationships with both the former Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Money, and therefore, when the combined business wanted to review its valuation arrangements as part of its wider rationalisation and moderation projects, we were pleased to be engaged to explore this opportunity,” said Richard Sexton, business development director at e.surv.

Hardeep Nagra, valuation strategy manager at Virgin Money, related that over the years, e.surv has demonstrated a flexible and innovative approach to delivering their property assessment needs.

“We are looking forward to evolving the service further to ensure a truly best in class experience for our customers and the brokers who support them,” he added.
