With immediate effect all current Encore users will be able to seamlessly transfer from mortgage 2000 and upgrade to Mortgage Brain’s new and innovative Premier Plus+ system, the only sourcing system that guarantees mortgage product data. The transition will be completed by 30th April 2009.
Renowned for its market leading technology, its accuracy and turnaround times for updating mortgage product information, and backed up by its new product accuracy guarantee, Mortgage Brain was selected as the clear choice to take over from mortgage 2000 and continue to provide its customers with the same levels of service and support that they’ve come to expect, they say.
As part of the agreement all mortgage 2000 Encore users will receive Mortgage Brain’s highly acclaimed Premier Plus+ sourcing system free-of-charge until 1st May 2009 and then at a substantially discounted rate until 1st November 2009.
To ensure a smooth transition process Mortgage Brain and mortgage 2000 have built a specific migration tool, which will enable intermediaries to quickly and easily transfer all data held on the Encore system across to Mortgage Brain. Additionally, users will be fully supported throughout the process by a training programme of seminars, one-to-one technical support and access to a dedicated website with online presentations.
