edeus reveals new range

The range comprises two buy-to-let products and three self-certification products.

Both buy-to-let products are available up to 85 per cent LTV and have 1 per cent arrangement fee.

The three self-cert trackers are available with a range of LTVs and each has a flat arrangement fee.

Two-year tracker buy-to-let products:

• 6.39 per cent rate
• 85 per cent LTV
• 125 per cent rental income requirement
• 1 per cent arrangement fee

• 6.49 per cent rate
• 85 per cent LTV
• 110 per cent rental income requirement
• 1 per cent arrangement fee

Two-year tracker self-cert products:

• 6.49 per cent
• 75 per cent LTV
• £799 arrangement fee

OR

• 6.49 per cent
• 80 per cent LTV
• £899 arrangement fee

OR

• 6.59 per cent
• 85 per cent LTV
• £999 arrangement fee
