Easier2Move teams up with e.surv and SAVA

The scheme is part of its HIPS service to agents branded under the name Easierhips.

Estate agents and mortgage brokers will be able to get advice on new legislation and will have support from Easier2Move’s nationwide account management team. By opting for the full HIPS service, agents will be able to free up resources and focus on selling.

Karen Babington, Director of Sales and Marketing at Easier2Move commented: “We are delighted to be working with two such established providers in the Home Condition Reports industry. We are sure that both our preferred partners’ vast experience in this area will help us provide an even better service for our HIPS clients.”

Easierhips will also offer a “part hip” service providing the legal element of the pack where agents have their own home inspectors.

Richard Sexton, Director e.surv Chartered Surveyors commented: “e.surv are pleased to become part of the easier2move HIPs solution with our colleagues from SAVA. We believe that access to appropriate Home Inspector resource is a key factor in respect of whether Pack Providers will have a credible offering for estate agents. Customers should give careful consideration to this when choosing a HIP partner and clearly, easier2move have a very large tick in the box in this respect.’

Brian Scannell, Managing Director of SAVA added: "SAVA's association with Easier2move and e.surv as part of this new initiativeis yet more good news for Home Inspectors, and it is another sign that everything will be in place for the mandatory launch of Home Information Packs next year. The industry is now shaping up and providing Home Inspectors with a wealth ofbusiness opportunities, and SAVA is delighted to be able to align ourselves with like-minded organisations."
