Joining the direct lender panel with immediate effect, Dunfermline Building Society will offer its wide range of products to intermediaries via the direct submission route.
Dunfermline offer a full range of products that include; fixed rates, competitive trackers, buy to let and shared ownership. They offer 95% lending on purchase and 90% on remortgage in Scotland. In addition, Dunfermline offers a dedicated and experienced team of mortgage advisors, who have the ability to make decisions on an individual basis.
