Following the merger of London brokers Cobalt Capital and Chelsea Mortgage Management in July 2005, the new company, which will trade as Cobalt Capital, it is believed it will become London's largest independently owned mortgage broker, with projected annual mortgage lending in excess of £1bn.
Although Cobalt Capital have been using Dashboard Software as their office system for over two years, as part of the merger, the opportunity arose to undertake an extensive review of the software now available to mortgage brokers to run their office systems.
Following this review, Dashboard Software came out as the winner. As Cobalt Capital continues to grow, they felt they needed a system that could enhance their professional independent service, and grow with them.
