Complete launches bridging proposition

The packager’s launch panel includes Precise, Dragonfly, Masthaven Bridging Finance, Cheval, Tiuta, Bridgebank, United Trust Bank and Shawbrook Bank.

Complete Bridging is officially launching today with exclusive reduced rates on all Masthaven cases; it will have on-site underwriters for the day for both Precise and Shawbrook Bank.

Tony Salentino, director of Complete Financial, said: “We are very excited to announce our official entry into bridging packaging, that’s not to say we haven’t been dealing with bridging enquiries for the last year.

“It’s because of the positive response we have received from lenders and intermediaries that we have chosen to increase our panel and commit to a more proactive role within this market.

“We began the year by hiring an experienced bridging specialist and are now ready, willing and able to accept increased business volumes.”

Roger Morris, sales director for Precise, said: “I have worked with and alongside Tony Salentino and Complete for longer than I can remember and I cannot think of a more establish name in the packager community.

“Everything they have ever approached has always been a success and the value they offer brokers is second to none.

“Anyone who has ever done short-term lending knows it’s not simple and if it's your first case and the timeframe is critical it's essential you use the services of a company like Complete.

“Why would you have all the hassle and stress when you can simply pass it to the experienced team at Complete who will do all the work and pay you the same procuration fee as if you were sending it direct to the lender, not a complicated decision.”

Richard Deacon, sales and marketing director of Masthaven Bridging Finance added: “Masthaven are delighted to enter this association with Tony and the team at Complete.

“Through the recent tough years, Complete FS have demonstrated that it is team effort and relationships that make successful partnerships work, and with this mirroring the ethos we have at Masthaven it was always going to be a match made in heaven to work with these guys.”
