Complete FS will now offer Saffron’s range which includes mortgages for both ‘Everyday Situations’ and 'Special Situations'.
The range caters for, amongst others, self-employed homebuyers and contractors who work on a short-term contract basis.
Highlights from the range include a 5.99% 3-year fixed rate first-time buyer mortgage available up to 95% loan to value and buy-to-let rates from 4.89%.
