Commercial First unveils product guide

The guide is a concise summarised version of the Commercial First product brochure that is intended to help intermediaries communicate product criteria and benefits to their customers more effectively.

Responding to feedback from its broker and packager base, Commercial First has compiled the one page guide to show the key product details from its Occupier range on one side and its Investor range on the other. Details include the types of property covered, affordability calculations, loan-to-value (LTV) bandings and LIBOR+ margins, maximum loan size bandings, credit profile criteria, repayment options, and costs, fees and commissions.
