The signing of the Southampton-based firm creates CMLS Botley Limited as a franchised mortgage packaging operation that has access to the full range of CMLSs lender panel and exclusive products.
Fee-Saver Mortgages/ CMLS Botley Limited currently has 11 staff and offers mortgage broking and packaging for both residential and commercial mortgages.
John Cummings, director of CMLS Botley Limited said: “As an AR of The Complete Network, Fee-Saver Mortgages already had an existing relationship with CMLS that allowed us access to the lenders and products, but without being able to package cases on our own behalf. We believe that the franchise agreement with CMLS will be the key to our business growth in future, as it will allow us to achieve enhanced service levels through keeping control of cases from start to finish.”
