The seminar will be chaired by Matt Smith, senior policy adviser, Council of Mortgage Lenders and will cover key issues including:
- the trends and growth areas in complaints
- how the FSA and FOS think lenders should handle complaints (including an update on the FSA's proposed rule changes)
- the views of a lender on why mortgage complaint handling is important and the need for consistency by FOS
- likely complaints trends in 2011 - discussed by an expert panel
