CHL revamps online apps

The development of the online system has resulted in a range of changes for both intermediary and packager use, including:

• The introduction of an online valuation fee payment as part of the full application process.

• The creation of an online help page to take the broker through the online process.

• A simplification of the options to aid quick printing of response letters, certificates and declarations.

• The removal of the mortgage history questions from buy-to-let applications.

• Packagers are now able to search for the introducing broker using the broker’s postcode.
