C&G 25 for Trigold

ENC lenders represent 95 per cent of the non-conforming market and the system presents their products to all 24,000 Trigold users and 80 white labelled versions of the software.

ENC allows users to source non-conforming mortgages as lender’s individual underwriting criteria are included in the system and products are sourced upon individual credit conditions whether CCJs, arrears etc.

Bill Safran, chief executive officer for Trigold, said: "It’s tremendous to welcome a lender of C&G’s reputation to the group of ENC lenders. ENC has struck a chord with both lenders and brokers in creating a new era of accuracy for sourcing specialist loans. Lenders want the ability to present the specialist nuances of their products to intermediaries who, in turn, want accurate and assured results.

"The Assist range from C&G is targeted at intermediary’s clients who don’t meet the mainstream criteria due to a slightly impaired credit history. Having these products listed and verified on ENC enables advisors to make accurate and precise product comparisons.”

John Champion, intermediary sales director at Cheltenham and Gloucester, commented: "Trigold is an established and reliable sourcing system, widely used by intermediaries, and our ongoing good working relationship with Trigold provides intermediaries with vital support. Our technical teams have worked with Trigold to map our precise underwriting criteria within the ENC search engine bringing all of our unique sales points onto the desktop of brokers using Trigold. We were keen to ensure that intermediaries were able to search and select products from our Assist range with confidence and ENC provides this confidence."
