Brokers Promised property solution

The launch will offer intermediaries' clients necessary support when buying and selling their property.

Fully unveiled at the Expo, the service will also provide advisers with the opportunity to earn significant extra income in addition to the sale of a mortgage.

The new service will comprise:

  • Promise Homesales – an innovative new online property selling service for brokers to offer their customers
  • Promise Homepacks – to provide brokers with all the information required to offer a HIP solution to their clients and the property industry
  • Promise Legals – an online, people backed, legal service which provides brokers with the ability to confidentially refer a professional service to their clients
  • The Secured Loan Network – featuring the UK’s leading loan sourcing technology backed by an integrated packaging facility.
  • Promise Call Centre – an established call centre for brokers which can manage inbound and outbound telephone campaigns
  • Promise Debt Solutions – a debt management service for brokers to refer their clients
