Broker Conveyancing reports surge in registrations

The distributor says that the total number of registered broker users has doubled over the past two months which has resulted in a sizeable increase in the number of instructions being processed through the business.

As of the end of May a record number of brokers were now registered to use the service with a new broker switching to Broker Conveyancing every day.

Such was the increase in registrations that it is anticipated this figure will rise to two new brokers using the service every day in the course of the next four weeks.

Harpal Singh, managing director of Broker Conveyancing, said: “The last two months have seen a noticeable increase in the number of brokers registering for our portal and we are pleased to announce that at least one new broker uses our services every single day.

“This is likely to rise as more brokers become aware of the benefits to be had by registering with us.

“We launched with the aim of offering the broker community an easy to use portal which benefited them and their clients and with the numbers now registering we believe this message is starting to hit home.

“There is still much work to do but for those brokers who wish to add a potentially lucrative income stream to their business we would urge them to visit our site and see what we have to offer.”

Broker Conveyancing also revealed that its two newest solicitor firm additions to panel, Grindeys and Cavendish Legal Group, were already receiving business from broker users.

The most selected firm on the panel remains O’Neill Patient with many brokers moving to Broker Conveyancing in order to take advantage of the cheaper legal fees offered through the distributor.
