Broker Conveyancing recruits new area director

Conveyancing distributor Broker Conveyancing has announced the appointment of Charlotte Felton (pictured) as its new area director for the North West region.

Felton has spent over a decade working within the legal services sector, having held positions at Talbots Law and Manners Pimblett Solicitors. Her most recent role was a business development and relationship manager at O’Neill Patient Solicitors.

In her new role at Broker Conveyancing, she will work with and support individual advisers and firms based in her assigned region.

The broker-focused conveyancing distributor said it was planning to add further resource to the business throughout 2023 and was seeking to hire additional account managers based out of its Woking head office.

Broker Conveyancing works with a range of conveyancing firms to provide advisers and their clients access to various conveyancing deals via its platform. It has recently partnered with chartered surveyor The Moving Portal to launch a new survey product for advisers.

“It’s very pleasing to start off the new year by bringing on board someone with the experience and skillset of Charlotte,” Mark Snape, chief executive at Broker Conveyancing, said commenting on Felton’s appointment. “We’ve been aware of her work for some time, and she will already be very well known to advisory firms based in the North West.

“Joining as an area director, Charlotte will be on hand to work with, and support, advisers in that region, to help them get the most out of their conveyancing cases, and to ensure their clients get access to the very best conveyancing firms through the Broker Conveyancing platform.

“At a time of uncertainty in the market, I am 100% sure we can continue our remarkable rate of growth over the past four years, and this appointment is proof of our commitment to grow and provide even better levels of support for our adviser partners.”
