The ten-year fixed rate has dropped to 4.99% up to 95% LTV (APR X), a decrease of 0.20 basis points which it says makes it one of the market leading products.
There is an arrangement fee of £349, and £100 administration fee however there is no compulsory insurance and the mortgage is fully portable.
