There is also a separate page on the website listing frequently asked questions about Bristol and West’s products.
Intermediaries will need to call up to register for the site where they will be given a unique user ID and password within 24 hours.
After logging onto the site and submitting an application, the lender promises a decision within 3 minutes. The lender will accept or decline the application straight away or ask for more information to be able to make a decision. Any unhappy broker can contact Bristol and West direct to appeal against a decision.
The website address of the service will not be revealed until Monday after direct mailing to introducers.
