The campaign aims to raise brand awareness and help mortgage advisers using Bright Grey’s Menu Protection Plan.

It will start at the end of February and will include press advertising, direct marketing, promotional material, support literature and targeted intermediary events.

Hometrack reveals AVM revolution

Mortgage lenders who raise finance secured against their mortgage assets are set to potentially release billions of pounds as they move to using automated valuation models (AVMs) to re-value portfolios for securitisation and other mortgage related funding activities, Hometrack has revealed.

Oliver Hughes, director of capital markets at Hometrack, said: “AVM technology is set to revolutionise the ability to assess the current value of large portfolios of properties – this will have a big effect in the securitisation markets.”
