BNP Paribas Real Estate (BNPPRE) has appointed Mark Rothwell (pictured) as investment director.

 

Rothwell will be responsible for establishing BNPPRE’s investment agency in Bristol and will advise on all aspects of real estate investment in the South West.

Formerly head of investment at Alder King, Rothwell brings more than 20 years of experience of property consultancy, investment and asset management to the role.

Josh Gunn, head of Bristol office at BNPPRE, said: “Mark has an unparalleled knowledge of the region and the wider property market which will be an asset to our team.
