BM launches email confirmations of offer

The system will be available from 17 July. Brokers will also be provided with a link to the document enabling them to print it in their own office. In a recent survey, 7 out of 10 brokers selected 'emailed confirmation of offers' as having the most positive impact out of a range of potential developments.
