Black & Bridging announces new relationship director

As part of its ambitious expansion plans, lender Black & White Bridging has appointed Magnus Duke Dadzie to the role of relationship director, reporting to Danny Power, the lender’s newly announced director of business development.

He brings over ten years’ experience of the specialist lending market, including sales development roles at LendInvest, Propfin and Ortus Secured Finance and is considered to be one of the most proactive sales development professionals in the market.

Black & White Bridging, launched in April 2021, is a national lender specialising in the short-term lending sector. As a disruptor, Black & White says it aims to positively shake up the market through its high visibility stance on service to brokers and by developing and expanding its facilities exclusively via the intermediary market to become a leading fintech business.

Danny Power said, “Magnus is widely regarded as one of the industry’s good guys, a charming man and a fun person to be around. It is my privilege to have known him over many years, as our paths have crossed many times professionally and personally. On a purely business level, I have always admired his professionalism and prodigious work rate as well as his instinctive understanding of the issues facing brokers. We are lucky to have him on board.”

Magnus Duke Dadzie commented, “I share Black & White’s ambition to become one of the top bridging lenders in the UK and am looking forward to developing and widening our introducer base across London and the South East. The business has developed a stripped back, totally functional bridging service, which by keeping the process simple, increases response times, removes doubt about outcomes and gives introducers the confidence they need to recommend Black & White. What’s not to like?”
