Personal Touch Packaging (PTP) is delighted to receive the Best Self-Cert Packager Award at the Mortgage Introducer Awards 2007.
PTP believes that self-cert remains a huge part of the mortgage market and, if offered in both a compliant and responsible manner, that it is of tremendous value to clients and intermediaries alike. For PTP, self-cert is about understanding the needs of clients and using this knowledge appropriately and responsible when considering the variety of products that are available. Using the principles of Treating Customers Fairly and responsible lending is vital in this area of lending.
PTP’s involvement with self-cert mortgages in the non-conforming and prime sectors, and the winning of this award serves as further confirmation of our ongoing desire to be considered a ‘whole of market’ and ‘whole of product’ mortgage distributor.
Whilst the market continues to be challenging, PTP fully expects, due to considerable developments both in IT (our award-wining e-zy system www.e-zy.co.uk) and with the truly excellent staff that we have, to be one of the winners and champions of this market going forward.
